Cranberry juice is a natural diuretic, so it can be helpful if you’re feeling bloated.
Kimberly Snyder first introduced me to De-bloater shots at her Glow Bio shop in LA and while I’m not sure of the exact concoction they use there, I have seen this little concoction that she’s posted online before!
Make sure your cranberry juice is NO ADDED SUGAR (you obviously don’t want to get rid of bloat with a sugar-filled drink). Oh, and try for organic if possible!
Pour 3 oz. in a glass + 1 or 2 drops of liquid Stevia (THIS is the ONLY liquid stevia that I like) and then toss it on back!! I like to take mine the minute I feel puffy or right before bed (though it may cause you to get up and pee in the middle of the night so be prepared for that).
