Most couples know that the finances change when you get married. Every couple has a different strategy that works for them.
Raymundo and his wife Laura have been married for two weeks now. He shared during The Bobby Bones Show (November 9) today that the have figured out what their financial plan for marriage will be. They're doing the 80/20 rule. So each of them have to put 80% of their paycheck into the same bank account, and then 20% of their respective paychecks will go to individual bank accounts that they get to keep for themselves.
He said this way they are both paying for all the important things together, but then the have some money to do things for themselves.
