Thomas Rhett & His Wife Lauren Plan To Have At Least "5 Or 6 Kids"

Ahead of the CMA Awards tonight on ABC, Thomas Rhett stopped by The Bobby Bones Show to talk about his upcoming performance, and when he believes him and his wife will stop having kids.

Tonight's CMA Awards will be the first time "Be A Light" is performed on national television. All of the songs proceeds have been going and will continue to go to help bands and crews during the pandemic as they are not on the road for tours. Rhett is nominated for two CMAs, Musical Event of the Year for "Be A Light," and Male Vocalist of the Year. When asked about his favorite artist and songs of all time, Rhett had some great things to say about Eric Church. He shared that Church is his favorite country artist of all time and credited him with his ability to entertain a crowd. His two favorite songs also Church with his hit "These Boots," as well as Merle Haggard's "Misery and Gin."

Rhett has been keeping himself busy with 16 number 1 hits. Though he says that he is 5 or 6 singles away from being able to play a full show of just number 1 hits. He added that his team does enjoy being able to play album cuts, and cover songs. He hasn't been busy with just music, Rhett has a busy household with 3 young girls in the house. He confessed that he does hope to have a boy, but that won't deter his wife Lauren from continuing to have kids. He believes they will continue to have at least 5 or 6 kids.
