Amy needs to wear her retainer every day for a week to reposition her jaw.
She was told to wear it for as many hours as possible, to try and aim for 22 hours a day! She explained that it would be hard since her work requires her to talk on the show and record other audio. She tried recording with the retainer in but it was causing her to have a lisp. Since she needs to wear it for so many hours, she will wear it for one segment during the show and keep it in during moments they are not on air.
