Amy saw something about how to work on habits with your partner, but she thought it would be good to do with the show members.
The study suggested asking your partner what habit of yours bothers them the most, but instead of asking the show members Amy wrote down each person's bad habit, including her own. She started with herself on her worst habit being that she gives way too many details when telling a story, most of the time she includes details that aren't necessary. Amy said Bobby's worst habit is that he is always early prompting everyone else to always feel pressure to be early. He makes everyone feel late even when they're not. Eddie's worst habit is that he's too laid back, Amy thinks he's too laid back and she thinks it frustrates Morgan. Then Amy said Lunchbox's worst habit is that he yells a lot, or in general he's just so loud with all of the noises.
Bobby decided to also list everyone's bad habits inspired by Amy's list. For Amy, he wrote down that she is unfocused and then doubles down on being unfocused when she tries to focus. Eddie's bad habit is that he goes "WOO!" randomly in segments way too often. For Lunchbox, his bad habit is odd rage. He will get rageful and people get real life scared of him. Then the bad habit Bobby listed for himself is that he cares too much about other people. The show groaned at Bobby's answer for himself and told him he needs to dig deeper and that's when Bobby said he needs to delegate more.
