Brett Young & Taylor Mills' California Dream Wedding

Brett Young is officially a married man. Over the weekend, Brett and longtime girlfriend Taylor Mills tied the knot at Bighorn Golf Club in Palm Desert California. The wedding photo that Brett shared on Instagram shows an insta-wedding-dream.

According to People, the newlyweds spent the day surrounded by 200 of their closest loved ones. Brett’s father, pulled double duty, playing the role of father of the groom and also officiating the ceremony.

Brett met Taylor over a decade ago and told People, “Being able to be best friends with a person you’re going to spend the rest of your life with is the most important thing. She has a very pure, kind heart.”

Putting on the Glitz

THE DRESS

Taylor went with a fresh and natural makeup look and wore a custom wedding gown featuring long sleeves and a low back created by Justin Alexander Signature. 

THE TUX

Young looked dapper with a black bowtie, and custom all black, single breasted-tux by J. Hilburn. 

THE FIRST LOOK

The newlyweds chose the traditional route with their first look. “I wanted the first time I saw her be when she walked down the aisle,” says Young. They did, however, exchange personalized vowels.

THE ROOM

Tall floral arrangements and beautiful flooding light cascaded across mirrored tables which showcased cities including Los Angeles, Nashville, Scottsdale and more which are meaningful to the couple.

THE FOOD

Steak, chicken and Southern fare.

THE CAKE

Exquisite Desserts served two wedding cakes; a vanilla cake with banana cream filling and another vanilla creation with strawberry filling.

THE FIRST DANCE

HONEYMOON

The couple will be beach bound before coming back to Nashville for two major honors. ASCAP's 'Country Songwriter-Artist of the Year' and CMA nomination for 'New Artist of the Year.'
