Texas moved up one spot to top the Week 4 Associated Press Top 25 College Football Poll released on Sunday (September 15).
The Longhorns jumped Georgia after a 56-7 win against UTSA on Saturday (September 14), which saw backup quarterback Arch Manning take over for injured Heisman frontrunner Quinn Ewers in the first half. Georgia fell to No. 2 overall after surviving a surprisingly close game at Kentucky.
Tennessee moved up one spot to No. 6 overall following its 71-0 rout of Kent State. Miami (FL) moved up two spots to No. 8 overall after its 62-0 win against Ball State.
