Police in Texas are stopping kids and ticketing them, but it's not what you think. They are giving them tickets for 'Cool Moves,' specially moves that promote safety.
Any time a kid wears a helmet while on their bikes, looking both ways before crossing streets, holding hands with their family members in public, police give them tickets for free ice cream cones.
The department wanted children to have good relationship with the police, which is the point of the 'Cool Moves' program.
