A gardener in California woke up the other morning to find that his truck was stolen along with all of his work equipment, his cell phone, and his rent money. With the help of Find My iPhone app, police officers were able to locate the truck however everything inside of the truck was missing. The equipment -- which included a lawnmower, edger, hand tools, leaf blower -- was gone, along with other the items in the truck. Along with the missing cash for rent, police estimated the value of the missing items at $3,000.
He is the sole provider for his family so to have all of that stolen was devastating for the family. Police officers pulled together their own money to help buy him all new equipment and cover his months rent.
