Eddie and his wife have two boys of their own and they just recently went through the process of becoming foster parents. They soon welcomed two more kids into their home, a toddler and newborn through the foster care system.
Things have been going incredibly well and Eddie says their two boys have accepted the other two kids as their friends and family now. They play together all the time and get along like they have known each other their entire lives. Things are going really well and just like all foster situations, sometimes the foster parents are faced with some difficult decisions. Sometimes the kids go back to their families, but other times the kids are put up for adoption. When asked whether or not he and his wife have thought about adopting the kids if faced with that decision, Eddie said "We have said we will cross that bridge when it comes to it."
This means for Eddie and his wife that they are seriously considering and taking in all of the options. They are great people and no matter the outcome, they are doing some amazing work for these kids and future foster kids.
