Lisa Sweeney is the postal worker you want running your route. She noticed a pile of growing mail and out-of-place trash bins in front of one of the homes on her normal route. The home was owned by an elderly woman and Sweeney's instincts immediately kicked in.
Sweeney called the police with her concerns, they arrived shortly to rescue 87-year-old Marie Boyer who had fallen 4 days earlier and hadn't been able to get up.
Thankful of Sweeney's actions, Boyer is alive and now the two are like family. Watch their story below.
