Because of our early hours here on the show…we go to bed earlier than most people. Some nights it’s hard to wind down…so I’ve been making this little elixir to help me out!! The Ashwagandha is the special ingredient that I’ve been a little obsessed with lately…you can read more about it’s benefits at the bottom of this post.

Ok. So maybe you don’t have to wake up as early as me…but you too need help relaxing at night?? Try out what I’ve been whipping up on the stove at night to prepare me for sleep!
My Night Time Elixir:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ashwagandha
2 drops liquid stevia
I put all of this into a little pot on the stove…stir + heat it up…pour it in a coffee mug…most likely my #PIMPINJOY one…then I start sippin’ and unwindin’.
