Amy and her husband are always trying new ways to connect and do things the best way possible. Her husband recently suggested that he wants to try to have their bedroom be cellphone-free. He suggested the idea because he feels like they may connect even more if the phones weren't in the room.
However, Amy feels uncomfortable about removing her cellphone from the room in case of emergencies. She doesn't think removing it completely would really benefit them. Bobby Bones suggested a compromise by leaving their phones in the room, but having them across the room. This way they both get the things they want: He gets the phones away from their time alone together and Amy gets to still hear the phones in case of emergencies.
