Lunchbox Upset After Being Charged For Daycare When They Were Closed

Lunchbox thinks his kids daycare shouldn’t charge for the week they were closed!  

When the snowstorm hit Nashville, it shut everything down for a week including his kids' daycare. He checked his credit card and saw they still charged him full price, even though they weren’t open and didn’t receive their service. He asked them about it they said open or closed you get charged and it’s not an option. Since it’s a subscription, they still charge for the week even though they were closed and won’t make up for that week somewhere else. Amy’s daughter’s dance classes got cancelled during that week as well, but they are making up for them at another time. Lunchbox is going to talk to other parents at the daycare about it and try to rally for them to get free days!
