WATCH: Too Much Access EP 19 - Belmont Bruins Men's Basketball

On episode 19 of Too Much Access, Bobby and Eddie stay local and head down the street to spend the day with the Belmont Bruins men’s basketball program.

The guys hit the court to test out Eddie’s granny shot when shooting free throws, and sat down with head coach, Casey Alexander to find out why more people don’t use the granny shot when shooting free throws! A Belmont Hall of Famer himself, coach Alexander also talked about why it is so special to coach and play for Belmont basketball, why halftimes are overrated and what he does if he gets kicked out of games.

Bobby and Eddie hit the court and locker room to run some drills and sit down with forward Malik Dia and guard Cade Tyson. Malik and Cade tried to show the guys how to run a ‘pick and roll’ before they split up into teams to compete in a best of 3 competition that involved multiple drills.

Malik talked about how excited he was when he made it on SportsCenter’s Top 10 plays earlier this year, while Cade talked about not focusing on how playing minutes he gets in a game, and the worst time to talk trash to the opposing team.
