Southwest Airlifts 500 Customers Stranded At Houston Airport

Southwest Airlines was going above and beyond for it's customers that got stranded in Houston. The company airlifted around 500 of its customers out of the closed Houston Hobby Airport Sunday after being stranded when the airport and surrounding roads were closed down due to the flooding.

According to one source, 5 of the airline's stranded Boeing 737s flew out of the flooded airport Sunday evening back to Love Field in Dallas.

Great work to Southwest Airlines for acting quickly to help their customers when they didn't have to.
