Donations were extremely low for a Toys for Tots program in Augusta, Georgia. Grace Anderson who works for the program called into the show after their warehouse was recently broken into.
They lost 58 bikes that were collected for its December distribution along with computers, desks and chairs used by the staff. And now the program is fearing that, especially after the break in, there may not be enough donations to keep the program in the Augusta area.
Anderson said donations this year along with volunteerism are at an all-time low.
"Right now if I had to say how many children we could cover based on what we have in our warehouse it would probably not even be 2,000."
Because of this, Bobby wanted to help. He is giving the program $5K of his own money to help with the low numbers and make sure more kids can have a good Christmas this year.
