There Are Some Bottled Waters That Are Bad For Your Teeth

Everyone knows that soda, beer and coffee have harmful effects on your teeth. However, most of us thought that bottled water was totally harmless.

Dentists are warning us though that some water bottles can have dangerous pH levels and lack essential fluoride, which can cause cavities. This is what Bobby learned when he was at the dentist this week for a cracked tooth.

Daily Mail had done a pH level test of the most popular water bottle brands to find the best and worst. 4 particular bottles are very acidic including Dasani, Aquafina, Voss and SmartWater. Better alternatives to these 4 acidic waters are Volvic, Fiji, Evian and Essentia.

  • SmartWater: 4
  • Aquafina: 4
  • Voss: 4
  • Dasani: 4
  • Poland Spring: 7
  • Volvic: 7.5
  • Fiji: 8
  • Essentia: 8
  • Evian: 8.5

Specifically, Bobby's dentist told him to definitely not drink Dasani as they considered it the worst. Any of these water ones that your family consumes?
