Stranger Helps Mom Survive Kids’ Meltdown While Grocery Shopping

While making a Target run with her two kids recently, Rebecca Paterson experienced what parents dread - simultaneous meltdowns. Her two-month-old baby and her two-year-old toddler had both had enough and the Texas mom knew she needed to get out of the store ASAP.

But as she was emptying her cart and putting items back on the shelf to get out of the store, a woman named Tiffany came over and asked if she could help. The stranger offered to walk with Paterson and hold her toddler so the mom could grab what she needed for the week and not leave empty-handed with two screaming kids. Paterson gladly accepted and it worked.

“She saved me today moms!!! I am so sleep deprived and running on empty,” Paterson posted on Facebook about her Target meltdown angel. “A little kindness goes a long way.”
