Dierks Bentley Brings The Heat To Bobby and Amy

Dierks Bentley stopped by the Bobby Bones Show ahead of releasing his ninth studio album, The Mountain on June 8th.  The album was written and recorded in Telluride, Colorado and hopes to bring Bentley's latest reflection of life and inner self.

While the mountains referenced on the album are mostly just literary examples, there is one that is a personal metaphor for Bentley's career that he addresses.

During Bentley's interview with Bones, he came in guns blazing after being a minute from hanging with the show. Bentley was upset about not being invited to Bones' Memorial Day Pool Party and not being asked to explain his failures in life in Bones' new book Fail Until You Don't: Fight. Grind. Repeat.

Bentley was also upset about Amy messing up the words to his latest single "Woman, Amen" on a previous Bobby Bones Show, despite stating he's one of her favorites.

However, it was all in good fun, as Bentley is one of the show's biggest friends. Bentley shared details about his tour and how well he tries to treat those opening for him, including allowing them to use his sauna and masseuse whenever they need it. Plus, there was a trust fall exchanged with Bentley and Amy changing Bones from the couch in the studio.
