Jon Pardi Kicks Off Joy Week 2018 With Tour Stories & Hour Long Performance

Joy Week 2018 kicked off today (October 8) on the Bobby Bones Show. The week is dedicated to encouraging listeners of the show to choose joy, spread happiness, and do good things for others. The week also brings in live performances from country music stars to raise money for military members.

Jon Pardi kicked off the week with an hour-long performance that included his songs "Head Over Boots," "Night Shift," "Heartache on the Dance Floor," "Dirt On My Boots," a new song called "Ain't Always A Cowboy" and a cover of Aretha Franklin's "Do Right Woman." (You can see snippets of his performance, plus two full songs on our Instagram channel via Instagram StoryIGTV.)

Outside of his incredible performance on the show, Pardi shared stories about his band members and how each one of them became apart of his band. Also, we heard the story behind Pardi's mom giving Maren Morris their bulldog Pancake. Watch the full interview below!
