A three-story brick wall collapsed in Philadelphia a couple days ago. The building crushed Jose Gonzalez's car and thankfully no one was hurt. However, when his neighbor's wall fell, Gonzalez's dog, an American pit bull terrier named Magic, was gone.
Pedro Palmer's construction company was hired to clean up the building mess and Gonzalez asked them to look out for his dog as they worked. Although, he was afraid he would never see Magic again. After two days of moving rubble, one of the construction workers saw something black and started digging by hand.
It turned out to be Magic. The dog was alive under the bricks and was back on his feet and walking 15 minutes after being rescued. Magic was treated at the vet for dehydration and trauma, but Gonzalez and his dog are so happy to be reunited.
