Chrom is like nail polish... except for your teeth. For around $20 a bottle, you can paint your teeth with hues such as Sunshine, Fairy Dust, Mint and Pretty in Pink. New York City-based brand creator Chrom introduced Temporary Tooth Polish as the latest beauty trend writing on their website "Smile Wild."
David Silverstein, the creator of the product, says,
"We see this becoming commonplace — everything from a club vibe to an everyday workplace fashion accent. Perhaps you go to work with one tooth matching your nail polish or hair color. [...] We're actually coming out with a glitter line."
The polish is formulated to stay on for up to 24 hours and hold up against eating and drinking. To remove it? Simply brush with toothpaste.
However, dentists are sharing some concerns saying that it isn't proven safe and use with caution.
