On November 8th, there was a mass shooting in Thousand Oaks, California at the Borderline Bar and Grill. Several were killed, many others injured. While motives and details of the shooting are still being determined, the families of the victims are also still working to be identified.
The Borderline Bar and Grill was known as a safe place to many people who frequented the bar. The night the shooting took place was also Country Night. According to news outlets, this specific evening was a night that a group of the Las Vegas Route 91 Harvest Music Festival shooting survivors would gather and attend together.
