Dancing With The Stars announced that they will not be airing a show in early 2019. The TV series on ABC Network has long premiered two seasons a year, but not for 2019. The move comes after Bobby Bones won Season 27 with partner Sharna Burgess.
While some news outlets are claiming Bones and Burgess' win was the reason the upcoming season was shut down, many reasonable people know that one person can't be the reason for a show canceling their normal track. Still, Bones felt the need to defend himself after several of the tabloids and news media were reporting and putting Bones face to the titles of "Dancing With The Stars shocker: Show won't air next spring."
On his radio show The Bobby Bones Show, Bones explains why the season isn't being picked up. Listen below!
Then he followed up the statement with a full BobbyCast of explanations. Bones talked candidly about the season and how the reports really aren't true. Bones still shares that he won fair and square.
