TMSG: NFL Running Back Donates 22,000 Cans Of Soup

Cardinals' running back David Johnson donated 22,000 cans of soup to a book bank in Phoenix.

Johnson visited St. Mary's Food Bank on Tuesday to donate thousands of cans of Campbell's Chunky Soup to help Arizonans struggling with hunger. He was joined by Cardinals' mascot, Big Red, and a few of the team's cheerleaders to pack the cans into emergency boxes that St. Mary's distributes every month.

Last year, Johnson donated 30 cans for every tackle the Cardinals made on defense during the 2018 season. St. Mary's tweeted their appreciation for Johnson saying his donations make a "HUGE" impact on Arizonans in need.
