A high schooler who never knew how to sew decided to make his prom dates dress! Parker Smith from Pendleton Heights High School in Pendleton, Indiana made the decision after his prom date, Addi Rust, found the perfect dress but it was too expensive for her to buy.
Rust told FOX 59 that she jokingly told Smith to just make her dress for her, but she didn't think he would take her seriously. Parker then worked on the dress for months teaching himself to sew and seeking out tips from his grandmother. He actually had to remake parts of the dress numerous times because he wanted to get them perfect. Rust shared pictures to her Twitter to brag about how perfect her dress was!
