TMSG: Chick-fil-A Employee Changes Customer's Flat Tire In Drive-Thru

Chick-fil-A is seriously all about excellent customer service, this is something we've known. They're always in the news for their employees doing great work on and off the jobs.

Brian Hall was waiting in the drive-thru at the chain restaurant's East Ridge, Tennessee location when he got a flat tire. That's when an unnamed employee came out to assist. Hall wrote on his Facebook page, "My tire somehow went flat in the drive through so they rushed out to replace it for me with their hydraulic Jack." The post was written alongside a photo of Hall and the employee in the drive-thru changing the tire.

Not only did this employee help Hall in replacing his tire, the restaurant made sure not to let Hall leave without replacing his meal with fresh, hot food and two free cookies.
