Trisha Yearwood Was Never In The Air Force Despite What Rumors Say

Trisha Yearwood is preparing to release her first solo country album in 12 years, and she's introducing fans to the new set of songs with a brand new single called "Every Girl In This Town." This next album comes on the heels of Yearwood releasing an album of Frank Sinatra covers within the same year.

She's been busy with so much music, but that hasn't stopped Yearwood from being so excited for her new country music. Yearwood came in and said it was hard to sleep ahead of the release of "Every Girl In This Town" because it felt like Christmas. She said she was so excited to put out a song that she hopes to inspire the women out there today. Also during the interview, Yearwood debunked the rumor that she was ever in the Air Force. She says it's popped up a few times, but has no idea where the start of it came from because she was never in the military in anyway.

The lyric video for "Every Girl In This Town" also came out with the song and you'll see a few familiar faces in it: Amy and her daughter Stachira as well as Raymundo's girlfriend Laura.
