Tenille Townes Details Car Theft Incident, Firefighters Who Helped

Tenille's Story

Tenille Townes is currently on the road and killing it as a new, young artist on the scene. Recently, she had a horrifying situation happen while on the road in San Francisco. Bobby Bones caught up with her backstage at the CMA Music Festival where she dove more into the story about someone breaking into their rental car.

Townes and her band had a rental car in San Francisco when they stopped to get some food. When they came out, they found that someone had broken a window and stolen some of the things out of their car. Thanks to technology, they noticed that one of the laptops was pinged nearby. The location was sketchy though, so Townes and her band asked a local fire station that was nearby if they were able to go with them to help them look. The firefighters willingly went by themselves, but after an hour of searching didn't find anything. To thank them, Townes saw a guitar in the station and played a few songs for them.

Fast forward a few days, turns out some people in San Francisco found Townes and another person's stolen items in their yard. The other person was from Cincinnati so the San Francisco people sent all of the items to Cincinnati, where those people then realized they had Townes and her band's stuff. So thankfully the strangers in Cincinnati then sent Townes and her band's items back to Nashville.

Townes then invited those strangers from Cincinnati to come out to a local show they were playing, and they all got to hangout backstage. While it was a bad situation, it all turned out to be positive for those involved.
