Bobby Bones and his now wife Caitlin got married at their Nashville home a few weeks ago now. During The Bobby Bones Show today (August 2), Bones shared several different details and questions about their wedding on the show's first day back since the two-week vacation. The two have also been sharing some other sweet moments on their Instagram pages.
He shared the story around their first dance. Bones and Caitlin sent a text message to Dan and Shay asking them to perform the first dance at their wedding, but it wasn't one of their songs. Dan and Shay were already coming to the wedding as invited guests, but they said they would be happy to do this for the couple on their big night. Bones and Caitlin asked them to perform "Forever" as famously heard on Full House performed by Jesse and the Rippers.
Dan and Shay were happy to do it, but not only did they perform the song for the first dance, they also recorded a studio version. As a wedding gift to Bones and Caitlin, Dan and Shay gifted them a studio version of their first dance song performed by them.
Watch Bones talk about asking Dan and Shay to do the first dance song above, and then check out the incredibly sweet video from their first dance at the wedding posted via Instagram below.
