Amy is feeling a little sore after having a major slip at her house. Her friend was over, and they were working out together and needed little hand and ankle weights. Amy remembered where they were and was so excited when she came back that she slipped on a mat she had on the floor.
Luckily, she already had an appointment with her chiropractor after and he told her she was very lucky to be carrying the weights when the slip happened because it kept her from not putting her arm down and possibly shattering it. When she stood up, her shoulders were uneven, but she’s been readjusted and is starting to feel better.
She also wanted to send a PSA that if you fall try not to tense up because that can cause more injuries!
