On episode 3 of Too Much Access, Bobby and Eddie went to Florida to visit the UCF Knights! They had a chance to sit down with QB John Rhys Plumlee and head coach Gus Malzahn.
They started off on the practice field with Plumlee, where he talked about playing for a master when it comes to offensive play calls in Gus Malzahn. Plus, with John Rhys being a 2-sport athlete at UCF, Eddie asked what the dynamic of his teammates is like for both football and basketball.
After hitting the golf course with coach Malzahn, Bobby asked him what it was like being part of one of the most memorable games in the history of college football when he was coaching at Auburn, and they won on a ‘Kick 6’ against Alabama in 2013. Coach also talked about moving to the BIG 12 this year and how that was a big reason he chose to coach at UCF.
Golfing wasn’t the only sporting competition that took place on the course as the guys caught punts out of the jugs machine before hitting the film room and visiting the Knights weight room with VP & Director of Athletics – Terry Mohajir.
