Bobby Bones is wondering if his parenting style will be similar to what he did for his dog.
Eller, the dog he and his wife found and adopted, has been peeing on the carpet. It’s new and they don’t know why it’s happening. When it recently happened, Bones cleaned it up before his wife came home, but he accidentally left the spray bottle on the counter. When she got home, she asked who peed on the carpet, and Bones tried to cover for Eller by saying it was him. She knew it wasn’t him, but he continued to apologize for it because he didn’t want Eller to get in trouble. No one else on the show covers up for their kids' accidents, but Bones would rather Eller not get in trouble than his wife think less of him.
