Many people like to start the New Year by participating in Dry January, where they don’t drink any alcohol for the full month!

Morgan is doing it for the first time because she wanted to give it a try! Bobby Bones shared some of the side effects and benefits of doing Dry January!

  • Day 1 – Regular moderate drinkers will find it harder to fall asleep.
  • Day 2 – They will continue having a harder time falling asleep.
  • Day 3 & 4 – Some people may experience hangover like symptoms on day 3 and 4 potentially from lack of hydration.
  • Day 5 & 6 – People may start craving sugar that you’re not getting from alcohol, but you will feel sharper in concentration.
  • Day 7 – Will start to sleep better and your dreams will become more vivid.
  • Day 10 – You reach peak health benefits, and you’ll stay like that until you choose to drink again.

Morgan has experienced some of these symptoms, but just needs to get through this weekend to reach the peak!
