Bobby Shares Details From Sleep Study

Bobby Bones has been having trouble sleeping, so he went to a sleep doctor to do an overnight study.

Bones only sleeps for 3-4 hours a night and has been putting this test off for two years. He was trying hard to sleep but would wake up in the middle of the night every time feeling shocked and wouldn’t be able to fall back asleep. He went there at 8 p.m. to begin his overnight sleep stay and felt weird. The doctor talked him through it and made him feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation with cameras over the bed watching him sleep. The doctor told him they will be able to see everything and will monitor how he sleeps. They also could hear him because they need to study if he snores or not and told him he could ask for help whenever.

Bones brought him laptop and did a little work before he got ready for bed at 9:30p.m. They tapped him up, put on the straps and put sensors on his head and his noise. There were wires all over him and it was uncomfortable, but it was the only way they could accurately study him. He fell asleep and then was told to wake up because he wasn’t breathing and put the sleep apnea machine on him. He fell asleep again and woke him up at 5:30 a.m. and will know his results later this week but thinks it may be a few different things that are wrong.
