Eddie witnessed a crime while at a stop light in broad daylight. He was driving with his kids and while stopped at a red light, he heard a popping noise coming from the cars in front of him. He thought it was the muffler backfiring but then he saw the car in front of him had their hand out the window and was holding a silver gun and shooting. They were shooting into the hill, or the woods and it wasn’t directed at someone. As soon as the light turned green, they peeled out and left the scene. His kids were in the backseat and didn’t see anything since it happened so fast.
Eddie had never seen someone shoot a gun in the middle of the city like that before and wasn’t sure what to do since they weren’t shooting at anyone, and no one got hurt, but realized he probably should’ve called 911.
