A couple months ago Morgan told the Bobby Bones Show the fire department called her and she was concerned after missing the call.
So during a Post Show, the show decided to call the number back where they learned the Fire Department was calling to ask for donations to support local programs. In exchange you could get a decal or tickets to a Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band show on May 11th. When Eddie heard the call, he thought they just said Lynyrd Skynyrd so when Bones was donating, Eddie asked him to get the tickets for him to attend. A couple weeks passed and the tickets came in the mail. When Morgan brought them into the studio, Eddie realized it was a tribute band.
Bones told Eddie he had to attend the concert because he made Bones get those tribute band tickets. So May 11th finally rolled around this past weekend and Eddie was a "man of his word." He attended the tribute concert with two of his sons and they had a great time. Although, Eddie admitted his boys thought that was the real Lynyrd Skynyrd band and he didn't have the heart to correct them.
