Ingrid Andress sang The National Anthem at the MLB All-Star Homerun Derby and gave what is being considered one of the worst renditions of it ever. She released a statement the day after, apologized and explained that she was drunk and would be checking herself into rehab. Bobby Bones shared his thoughts on the situation.

In her apology, she said she will let everyone know how Rehab is because she’s heard it’s “fun.” Bones thought it was a weird thing to put at the end of an apology. Amy shared that she recently had to deal with someone who was in a similar situation and went to Rehab and they did not joke about it or think it would be a fun time. It does seem like she is aware and it’s great that she can get the help that she needs so she was just trying to lighten up the mood with a little joke at the end.

The show agreed that it was probably one of the worst performances of The National Anthem ever, but Bones wanted to know if when you’re drunk if you think you’re singing better than you actually are. Bones has never been drunk, but Lunchbox shared when he’s been drunk, he thought he sounded and danced a whole lot better than when he’s sober. Eddie also shared when he’s drunk and starts singing, he will go for the high notes and think he hits them perfectly.

We are sending our best wishes to Andress!
