Everyone shared some new things happening in their life!
Amy has a new morning ritual. She tries to journal every morning, but she has been slacking lately. So now she is sleeping with her journal in bed with her and she’s not allowed to get out of bed until she’s journaled a full page. She just started doing it this week and is hoping it’ll get her out of her journaling rut so she can start doing it at her kitchen table again.
Bobby Bones’ doctor told him he has trouble sleeping because of anxiety. So, he bought a 25-pound weighted comforter to hopefully help with it! It’s pretty heavy but he can still move around under it. He’s slept with it for the past three nights and has liked it so far, but it’s been pretty heavy for his wife, and she feels a little trapped.
Eddie shared that he got a text from a friend that told him he’s thinking about him, and it made him feel good. Whenever Eddie thinks of someone, he reaches out to them and lets them know. This was the first time he got a text like that, and he liked it and responded “Thanks, hope you’re doing well.”
Lunchbox shared that something popped up on his TV the other night that gave him nightmares. The second season of NCIS: Sydney. As a punishment last year, Lunchbox had to watch a season of that show and hated it, calling it one of the worst shows ever created. His DVR is still set to record it when it comes on and he saw that there were three new episodes to watch.
