A Mayo clinic found that standing on your non-dominate leg is a good indicator of how fast you’re ageing. Eddie and Lunchbox tested it out by seeing if they could stand on one leg for 30 seconds.
Eddie went first and was wobbly but was able to stand on his non-dominate leg for 30 seconds successfully! Lunchbox went second and put his arms out to balance and started dancing and also successfully stood on his non-dominate leg for 30 seconds! To challenge themselves, they re-did it but with their eyes closed. Both struggles and wobbled and hopped around but completed it in 30 seconds. They didn’t count Lunchbox’s because he was jumping around, so he re-did it and fell over the second time!
