It may be a time that is often filled with lights, joy, bright colors, and presents... but for some people that isn't the case. I am a huge fan of Christmas, it is my favorite holiday, but I also know this is the worst season for some. I invited people to DM me on Instagram to share their current hardships around this particular holiday season and to my surprise, there was a flood of people willing to share their stories. My hope in sharing these struggles is that you feel less alone, you feel seen, or you feel a connection for the first time in maybe a long time.
