Scams and impersonators are everywhere these days, sometimes they are even clsoer to home than it seems.
One of the cleaning personnel at The Bobby Bones Show's studios approached Eddie with a recent encounter. She was following Bobby Bones on TikTok and loved watching his stuff, but recently she was contacted by someone she thought was Bones. She was having a conversation with them, and that Bones asked her for $500 to help fund some of his new projects. She thought it was really Bones asking for this, but wanted to confirm with Eddie.
Eddie told her no, it was definitely a scam and not the real Bones. He encouraged not to pay that person anything and told her that the show would never ask her for money.
