Fellow radio personality and friend of The Bobby Bones Show, Brent Michaels, called into the show to share why he suggested Eddie to the casting director for Wheel of Fortune over other show members.
Michaels shared that they are always looking for great stories and he felt Eddie's story was such a good one with being a foster parent and adoptive dad. He also thought Eddie would be a lot of fun on the show and have a great personality. He also will have to prove that he's good at the game if he makes it through the first round of casting.
Lunchbox says that he has a better personality than Eddie and couldn't imagine why someone would pick Eddie. That's when Eddie really got offended that Lunchbox doesn't think he has a good personality just because he's not grumpy and loud. He also added that he's dyslexic so that would also add to his "good story" if he could overcome the disorder to win. If they're interested in Eddie, they would reach out to him and invite him on a Zoom. Then he would do a few more rounds of Zoom where he would eventually play Wheel of Fortune with other people. If he passes all of the Zooms, then he could make it on the show.
Michaels also shared they are always looking for people to be on the show, so even without a recommendation, people can send in a video and audition via their website.
