The Bobby Bones Show got a little controversial today. They were discussing the most overrated bands to ever exist and several iconic names got thrown into the ring.
Amy said her pick would be Nirvana because once Kurt Cobain died everything changed for that band so now they're not really worth the hype. Morgan said Pearl Jam is her pick, she's heard Eddie hype them up for years and decided to try them out because of him. She attempted to listen and within 5 minutes she was so bored, she didn't understand why he loved them so much. Lunchbox saw Dave Matthews Band in person and immediately didn't understand why so many people loved that band. They would play for several minutes without singing anything and he just didn't understand why. Bobby said Lunchbox just doesn't like jam bands.
Raymundo's pick was The Beatles because he doesn't think they did a good job of Americanizing themselves and he only likes American bands. Bobby picked U2 really because of Bono, even though he does like some of their big hits. Eddie's obvious pick as Nickelback, he's always hated that band and doesn't know why they exist. Bobby just told him he's uneducated.
