Show Finally Reveals Full Testosterone Results

What began as a lighthearted debate between Lunchbox and Eddie over who had more testosterone quickly escalated into a full on-air experiment.

The argument, which started with testosterone levels, expanded into comparisons about libido and even physical traits like arm hair. Eventually, The Bobby Bones Show decided to settle the debate with real data. A paramedic named Chad was brought into the studio to draw blood from both of the guys. Lunchbox’s results came back almost immediately, revealing a testosterone level of 503. The number was described as slightly above average, though not as high as he had expected. While it fell within a normal range, it was characterized as close to average overall.

Eddie’s results, however, did not arrive as smoothly. His initial test came back inconclusive, requiring the paramedic to return and draw additional blood. After a wait, the final results were ready, but instead of revealing them outright, the show turned it into a guessing game using three digits: two, nine, and three. Both Lunchbox and Eddie attempted to piece together the correct number. Lunchbox guessed 392, which was incorrect. Eddie followed with 923, also missing the mark. The correct result was then revealed: Eddie’s testosterone level was 293. Lunchbox reacted immediately, as the number was significantly lower than his number at 503.

The moment quickly shifted from competition to concern, as questions arose about whether the level was considered unhealthy. Bobby explained that a testosterone level of 293 falls just below the commonly accepted threshold of 300, which is often used as the cutoff for low testosterone. The typical range was noted as 300 to 1000, placing Eddie slightly under the standard range but not in the most critical category. Levels below 200 were described as more alarming. The focus turned toward what steps could be taken. Suggestions included consulting a doctor for further evaluation, improving sleep, engaging in regular strength training, maintaining a healthy diet, and addressing any excess weight. Symptoms associated with low testosterone, such as fatigue, reduced muscle mass, and low energy, were also mentioned.

Despite the concern for Eddie, the original competition still had a clear outcome. Lunchbox, with a level of 503, was declared the winner. Eddie acknowledged the loss but expressed greater concern about his health, stating that he planned to schedule a doctor’s appointment.
